Dale Williams, a business transition specialist for ConsultKAP, has 15 years experience as a successful business owner involved in various aspects of the paddle sport industry to include: industry governing leadership, certification, training, operations, expeditioning, adventure travel planning & execution, wholesale, import, manufacturing, retail and accommodations. He has an owner-operator’s perspective on business that comes from years of bottom-line responsibility, and the first-hand experience that comes from selling a business he built from the ground up.
Before launching an entrepreneurial career in paddle-sport, Dale was a US Air Force officer. Stationed in Europe for the last 9 of his 13 years, he served as a Mission Crew Commander on the NATO Air Borne Warning & Control System, as the Commander of a Mobile Radar Squadron, as a Staff Officer in the USAF European Headquarters (USAFE) and as the Executive Officer to the Vice Commander of USAFE.
Dale has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and an M.S.B.A from Boston University, Bedford College Campus in London. He is a licensed real estate agent, and a member of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers.
